One on One Coaching
Utilizing a whole life approach I work with business and life coaching clients. I work with men and women who are looking to take something or everything to their optimal enjoyment and potential.
I work with you or you and a partner alone. We start with the VIA Character Strengths and Happiness in 8 areas of Your Life assessment as a foundation.
I coach coaches, leaders of businesses, big and small, entrepreneurs, salespeople, creative people, analytical people, and people who want to get back on track. I coach 20 somethings and 80 somethings and anywhere in between. I coach people wanting to make big changes and people wanting to take small leaps. I coach people who want to know, understand and use their strengths. I coach people wanting to enjoy life more, reduce stress, create a life and/or time design, and people who want to create more happiness in all areas of their lives.
