The 100 Day Challenge, Day 63:

A few minutes ago I came to my computer to write my daily blog post, stared at the screen for a few minutes, turned around and went back upstairs to the kitchen.  I reported to my husband that I was having a hard time getting inspired as I was too hungry to do my blog post at that moment.

As soon as the words were out of my mouth, I thought- I have my topic!

How many times to we attempt to do things when we are not fully physically prepared?

Taking care of yourself at the highest level at all times, BEFORE attempting to do good work gives you the chance to do, well, your BEST!

This includes having eaten something fulfilling and healthy recently.  Skipping meals or not eating enough will be sure to sap your energy and your creativity.

Not getting enough rest will put you in a less than desirable place to do good work, as will allowing yourself to become too stressed out.  Taking time to breath, not over scheduling, and having fun balanced with work will all enhance the good work and make it GREAT!

So take care of yourself and do your best work!  Enjoy the process more and inspire others with your attitude and results!
