The 100 Day Challenge, Day 78:
One of the things I like to do each November is my list of 500 things I am thankful for. I usually do it the week of Thanksgiving, but thought I would throw the idea out there earlier in case you want to get a head start! Writing down things you are thankful for gets your head off from thinking of negative things and what you wish you had. Instead you focus on what is already great in your life- a much more joyful place to be coming from.
Don’t forget to include the blessings that snuck up on you, coming under the disguise of something you didn’t want. See the quote below.
