I have been coaching for 16 years, I hold my PCC credential with the ICF and have been teaching and coaching coaches for 7 years, much of it centered around the ICF Core Competencies. This series satisfies the mentor coaching requirement for the ICF credentialing process. It is all about your skills as a coach.
