The 100 Day Challenge Days 39 and 40!:

I had a dilemma this morning!  I woke up remembering that I didn’t send the draft for day 39 I had holding for yesterday.  In the spirit of what I teach I decided just keep moving forward.  Yesterday’s post is about community and being involved.  I will post it at some point, but wanted to do this joint post to be authentic in the fact that I did not actually post yesterday.  Best laid plans sometimes do not work out for good reasons!

After driving awesome kids around to various activities, cheering the UVM men’s basketball team on to the America East Championship, more kid carting, visiting my  many friends and colleagues who were exhibiting at the Women’s Expo (can’t wait to try the Rose Scrub I bought from Cynthea of Cynthea’s Spa!)- it was off to local venue Higher Ground to do my community support and involvement for the day.  I was a model in the One Fashion Event benefitting the Burlington Boys and Girls Club.  What a huge success!!  And so much fun!  It was a real gift to be able to support such a great cause while spending time with dedicated and amazing people- all with their own unique gifts and talents.

So, I guess I can see why I might have forgotten to push “post” for yesterday.  I was disappointed for a moment, but looked at it as an invitation to bounce back quickly, and keep moving on!  After all, there are 60 days left in my challenge and I know something good is going to come out in one of these posts that will change someones life- including mine!- so there is important work still to do.

What got off track for you in the past week that you might be tempted to scrap altogether?  Take ownership of it and get back on track with it today.  So what that you got off track?- the real shame would be not to get back on- now!

Take some time to reaffirm what is important to you- TODAY- and take time to do some dreaming!
