The 100 Day Challenge, Day 48:
So many times I see people, and some are clients, who do not give themselves enough credit for having their own answers. Once you start to really own your wisdom, you see a direct impact on your mindset and your confidence. I have talked about this before and want to repeat it- the best way to get in touch with your own wisdom is to spend some time quietly, by yourself, pen and paper in hand. Thinking and writing. It doesn’t mean you don’t get input from others, it just means you begin to realize your own and to trust it.
When you need solutions, there are many tools that can be used and learned. I use plenty of them in coaching sessions with clients. If you aren’t in coaching, pledge to spend the quiet time. Learn to ask yourself great questions. Take the time to tap into your wisdom- you are a fountain of information!
Wise people take time to think daily.
Wise people also take action. Thinking great thoughts that you turn into actions are HUGE mindset boosters! You are actually creating and acting, some things work, and some don’t and always it leads to moving forward. Moving forward builds energy which helps you to create the next great thoughts!
Wise people reflect upon what has happened. To discern where they are in relationship to their goals, what is working and what isn’t. They take the information and use it to correct course or expand what they are doing.
