Have you been working on your goals for the year? I have talked to many people about goals in the last two weeks- some are excited about setting some, some against it altogether and then some are not sure.
Regardless of wether you are setting goals, you can still plan to have a stellar year– a word I have recently come to embrace through a tool created by Nadya Zhexembayeva the creator of the Reinvention movement. The tool is called STELLAR and I will be sharing a workshop at some point in the not too distant future, so be on the lookout.
When you look at the meaning of the word stellar, it is just what you think. Out of this world, relating to the stars, exceptionally good, outstanding.
So let’s have a stellar year, shall we? It is not that hard to do- at least the part we can control.
Everyone one of us has a different vision for what a stellar year would look like. So the first thing to do is to write down your description of a stellar year. What kinds of things are you doing and engaged in during your stellar year. The trick is to plan some of these things in each week of the year. Each day if you really want to elevate things.
Start with that. Make a list, check things off – be intentional. That’s it!
How will it feel to have an exceptionally good year? A stellar year?
Things will happen all year long that you have not invited into your life. Engaging consistently with your stellar year activities will help you to weather those storms, with grace and resilience.
Try it and see what happens!
