What to consider? Time and what you do with it. October, Fall, fourth quarter- all perfect times to change up your routines, schedule and life. A new season brings new opportunities and invites you to embrace them to create something that really fits not only the actual season, but also your season of life.

This week, keep track of everything you are doing in the bookends of your day. Is it all intentional. Is what you are doing in the morning bookend (wake up to leave for or begin working) and evening bookend (leaving work to lights out) working the best for you in this season? What would make it better? The morning should get you grounded and energized for the day, the evening should help you to decompress and work toward winding down, eventually to a good rest.

If you make your own hours, consider a change that might serve you and everyone better. What are you still doing out of habit that is no longer necessary? If you have set work hours, start to think of building or recreating a new schedule within those hours. Make it include at least one 90 minute cycle of focused work time where you turn off all distractions each day.

Things to consider changing up- workout routines and times, diet and nutrition, reading time and content, learning, cleaning, shopping, financial goals, work hours and locations, bookends, morning and afternoon schedules, tasks you could delegate, fitting things into your life intentionally- all of the things that are most important to you.
