Gratitude month continues and we really take off this week with my annual gratitude challenge

When it comes to gratitude, the biggest challenge I see for people is when I ask them to write gratitudes about themselves. So this week, you have full permission to have all the gratitude for yourself!

Make a dedicated list of what you are grateful about yourself for. This list, when kept handy, will help you to recognize what is good about you in times that you are being hard on yourself, or doubting or second guessing yourself.

This may be challenging for you, too, however gratitude is a practice. Practicing will make you stronger and stronger. (And it changes your brain in a positive way over time- so this is not just a one time thing, start to think of it as a way of life.)

Appreciating yourself gives you the capacity to appreciate others at a higher level. Grateful people tend to take better care of themselves, as well, so another reason to jump into gratitude for your own good. (next week I will be sharing a whole list of possible benefits from a regular gratitude practice.)

This week is my annual gratitude challenge! If you get my newsletter, you will get all of the details- sign up at kimberlydubrul.com if you haven’t yet! I am including some hints, tips and ideas to help you get the most out of the challenge this year.
